"Terrible company"
I only took TEAS exam because my school required it to get into a healthcare program. I signed up for it in early March 2020 to take it at my school. My school sent out emails saying that it was cancelled, and we should be receiving refunds for the exams from the company if we haven't taken them yet. I haven't received my refund so I sent an email to the company. They told me that unless it was a "documented emergency," they couldn't issue refunds. (Hello, a pandemic is an emergency.) Anyways, they repeatedly told me they can't issue a refund for a test I didn't/couldn't even take even after I forwarded them the email that I got from my school. I only got my refund after disputing the charge through my bank.
