"Good value, and I didn’t feel ripped off"
I’m always a little nervous with prep materials because I don’t want to get fooled into paying for something that’s mostly fluff. But this ended up being decent for the price. A few parts felt a bit clunky and could be smoother, but overall it helped me study and I didn’t feel like I wasted my money.

"I had to reach out to ATI Testing…"
I had to reach out to ATI Testing support because I couldn’t log in or access my materials. The support person was polite once they got back to me, but the whole process took longer than I expected. What annoyed me most was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t really sure what was happening or when I’d get a response. They did fix the issue in the end, so it wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could’ve been smoother. 3 stars feels fair.

I used ATI Testing while I was studying for my exam, i’m really glad I did. At first I was like, okay, please just help me figure out what I actually need to focus on, because I was feeling all over the place. The practice questions felt close to the kind of material I needed to review, and the rationales were super helpful when I got something wrong and had that little “ohhh, that makes sense” moment. I definitely didn’t use it perfectly every single day, but it helped me stay on track enough that by exam day I felt way less lost and a lot more ready.

"The school setup felt a bit unorganized"
My school and ATI didn’t really seem to be on the same page, which made the whole setup feel messy. I’m sure other customers probably felt the same confusion trying to figure out what was expected.

"Score report was okay, just a little confusing"
I used ATI Testing and the score report gave me the main info I needed, but it wasn’t always super clear what everything meant. Some parts were easy enough to understand, while others felt like I was just kind of guessing. I think it would be better if they explained the weaker areas in simpler words. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just could’ve been a bit clearer.

"Pricing was easy to understand"
I used ATI for my test prep, and I appreciated that the prices were clear before I paid. There wasn’t some random surprise fee added at checkout, which would’ve been unnecessary. It’s definitely not cheap, but at least I knew what I was paying for upfront.

"I was trying to get some studying done…"
I was trying to get some studying done during my lunch break, which is already short enough because I usually spend half of it making coffee, and the app kept crashing in the middle of practice tests. It’s really frustrating because I’ll be focused and answering questions, then suddenly I’m kicked out and have to start over. I like the idea of the app, but the crashes make it hard to actually use for studying

"ID check was easier than most"
I had to verify my ID and it was straightforward. It only took a few minutes and I didn’t run into any issues. Compared to some other services I’ve used where the ID check feels clunky or takes forever, this was much smoother.

Not gonna lie, the whole remote proctoring process was really stressful and ended up wasting my entire morning. It made the experience way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Practice felt harder than I expected"
I used ATI to study and there were definitely some helpful parts, but the practice questions felt kind of all over the place. Some were way too easy, then others were much harder than anything we had actually covered, so it was tough to tell if I was really prepared or just getting thrown off. I also kept getting that annoying feeling that there might be extra costs or hidden fees waiting somewhere if I needed more help or practice. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, just frustrating and a little hard to trust.

"Pretty clear, but a few tripped me up"
I used ATI to study, and most of the questions were easy for me to follow. A few of them had wording that felt a little tricky, but I’ll admit some of that might’ve been on me for reading too fast or overthinking it. I did like that the answers usually lined up with what the question was actually asking, which made practicing feel useful. I gave it 4 stars because I still think a handful of questions could be clearer, but overall it definitely helped me study.

I tried using the website for studying, it ended up being frustrating. The layout is confusing, and it kept freezing right when I needed to focus

"Scores took way too long to show up"
I had to wait several days for my scores to appear, i’m just tired of having to chase things like this. It ended up throwing off my plans, and the whole experience was more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Works fine, but the privacy side made me uneasy"
The site itself was usable and I didn’t have major issues getting to the test prep materials. But as I went through it, I started noticing how much information they were asking for, and that made me a little uncomfortable. I tried to find clear details about how my data would be used, but the privacy info wasn’t easy to spot or simple to understand. For me, the actual prep experience was okay, but I don’t want to feel like I have to investigate where my personal info is going just to study. It could definitely be more transparent.

I’d say the assessments were mostly fair overall. A few of the questions were worded kind of strangely, and I had to reread them a couple times, but nothing really felt completely random or out of nowhere. The practice materials matched the actual test well, I think. I’m giving it 4 stars.

I used ATI Testing and was a little nervous I’d get fooled by some extra charge after checkout, but everything matched exactly what I saw when I paid. No weird hidden fees or surprise add-ons showed up, which was a relief. I’m taking off one star only because the receipt email took a bit longer than I expected.
